This book constitutes the proceedings of the 19th International Conference on Practical Applications of Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, PAAMS 2021, held in Salamanca, Spain, in October 2021. The 27 regular and 13 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 56 submissions.
